Members of our school and community are grieving the loss of one of our young students.
We have activated our school crisis response team. The role of the crisis response team is to meet with students and staff requesting support in their grieving process.
We are in communication with the student's family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to them. As a school district we will respect the family's wishes as well as honor their privacy, especially during these sensitive moments.
We encourage individuals to refrain from repeating or sharing rumors. We will release factual information should any situation warrant it.
We appreciate the outpouring of community support and concern. We can assure everyone that we are committed to support each and every individual during these difficult times.
