Please complete an inter-district open enrollment application(s) if you would like your child(ren) to attend Ottawa-Glandorf Schools for the 2021-22 school year. This form can be found on-line at: http://ottawaglandorf.org/index.php/adminoffice/forms

All non-resident students wanting to enroll in Ottawa-Glandorf Schools must submit this form in order to be considered for open enrollment by May 3, 2021. You MUST print it out and submit the paper copy. We must have the paper copy in our office no later than May 3, 2021. The Ottawa-Glandorf Board of Education approved the Policy and Procedures in March, and will not be accepting any late open enrollment applications.
